Terms of use

Version 1.2 · 21 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The website and services called “cetiritocka” (“the service”, “we”, “us”) are operated by the operator named in the Imprint. See also the Imprint. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Parts of the service that are open to everyone (for example the directory, map, tools and guides) can be used without an account.

2. Definitions

3. The service

The service offers tools for car owners and buyers: a private logbook (“My Garage”) for your cars (fuel, mileage, repairs, costs, tyres, deadlines and reminders); a VIN decoder; a directory and map of automotive businesses and places; a central rental inquiry form; reviews and comments; calculators and guides; and market statistics where available. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and some features may be available only in some countries or only after a launch date.

4. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address; there are no passwords. You are responsible for the security of your mailbox and devices and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may close your account at any time on the account page; closing it deletes your data as described in the Privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or endanger the service or other users.

5. Your data and content

The data you enter in My Garage is yours and private to your account. We do not publish it and do not show it to other users or advertisers. You give us the limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to store, process and display it to you in order to run the service for you. Content that you choose to publish (such as reviews and comments) you additionally license to us, free of charge, for display in the service for as long as it is published, and for the purposes of moderation, defence of legal claims and aggregated statistics that do not identify you. You keep ownership of your content. You promise that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of others, including privacy and copyright.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully or to harm others; submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, hateful or discriminatory content; publish personal data of other people (for example phone numbers, plates or addresses of private persons); post reviews about businesses you have no experience with, or reviews written for payment or in exchange for a benefit, or about your own business; manipulate ratings or create multiple accounts for that purpose; scrape, harvest or copy the service’s data, directory or statistics by automated means except where we allow it in writing; attempt to break, overload or bypass the security of the service; send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the service; or misuse the rental inquiry form (for example fake requests). See also the Community rules.

7. Reviews, comments and reports

Reviews and comments are the opinions of their authors, not ours. They require a confirmed email address; one review per person per business is allowed. A “verified customer” label is shown only where we can verify a service relationship. Sponsored or promoted items, if any, are always labelled and never change ratings. We may remove or hide content that breaches these terms or the law, or that is reported and judged unlawful, and we keep a log of moderation actions. A business may reply publicly once per review after it has proven control of its profile. Anyone can report content or data with the report function; we review reports without undertaking to act on each. Legal take-down requests can be sent to the contact address in the Imprint.

8. Directory, map and business information

Directory and map data comes from public sources such as OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL), from businesses themselves and from users. It may be incomplete, outdated or wrong; opening hours, addresses and services must be confirmed with the business. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. Businesses can ask to claim, correct or remove their profile; we verify such requests. Parking, fuel, charging and similar places shown on the map are indicative only; observe local traffic and parking rules.

9. Rental inquiries

When you submit a rental inquiry and confirm your email, we forward the details of the request (not your email address) to car-rental companies that may offer to fulfil it, and send you their offers. We are an intermediary for the exchange of inquiries and offers. Any rental contract is concluded only between you and the agency, on the agency’s own terms. We are not a party to it and do not guarantee any offer, price, availability, insurance or the conduct of an agency. Prices shown by agencies are theirs. Do not send documents, card numbers or other sensitive data through the inquiry form.

10. VIN checker, tools, guides and statistics

Results of the VIN decoder, calculators, price statistics and guides are generated from the information you enter and from data we hold and, where stated, with the help of automated language models. They are indicative, can be incomplete or wrong, and are not a vehicle history report, valuation, inspection, legal, tax, customs or professional advice. Statistics, where shown, are aggregates of advertised prices and are not offers to sell. Always verify important facts with official sources and professionals before you buy, sell, import, repair or register a vehicle. See also the Disclaimer.

11. Reminders and notifications

Email reminders are sent only if you gave a separate consent for them, which you can withdraw at any time on the account page. We do not guarantee that a message will arrive or arrive on time. You remain solely responsible for your legal deadlines, such as technical inspection, registration and insurance.

12. Third-party services and links

The service links to or uses third-party services (for example email delivery, map tiles, language-model providers, and possibly in future vehicle-history providers or workshops). They are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Any paid, partner or sponsored item will be clearly labelled.

13. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design, texts, compiled database and statistics are protected by copyright and database rights and belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms. Third-party data (such as OpenStreetMap) remains subject to its licence and attribution requirements. Names and logos of businesses belong to their owners. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the content.

14. Availability, changes and termination

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend it for maintenance or if required. We may change or end parts of the service; if we end My Garage we will give reasonable notice and let you export your data first.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control, decisions you take on the basis of information in the service, content of users or businesses, or services of third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by us, and the mandatory rights of consumers under the law of their country of residence.

16. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please send complaints to the contact address in the Imprint; we aim to answer within 30 days. Consumers may also use the out-of-court dispute resolution and the competent consumer protection or data protection authority of their country.

17. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will tell you by email or in the service before a material change applies, and keep earlier versions together with the record of your consent. If you do not agree to the change you may close your account; continued use after the change date means acceptance where the law allows.

18. General

If a provision is invalid, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a successor of the service; you may not without our consent. Notices to you are sent to your account email; notices to us to the contact address in the Imprint. These terms are written in English and in BHS; if they differ, the English text prevails unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

19. Governing law and courts

Governing law. These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the service (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without its conflict-of-law rules.

Courts. The courts in Užice, Republic of Serbia, have jurisdiction over such disputes: the Basic Court in Užice or the Commercial Court in Užice, according to the nature of the dispute and the parties. Where the other party is a business (for example a workshop, dealer or rental agency that claims a profile or answers requests through the service), this jurisdiction is exclusive.

Consumers. If you use the service as a consumer, nothing in this section takes away the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, nor your right to bring a claim before the courts of that country where the law gives you this right. The choice of Serbian law applies to you only as far as it does not deprive you of that protection.

Before going to court. Please first write to us at the contact address in the Imprint and give us 30 days to resolve the matter (see section 16). This does not limit your right to turn to a court, to a consumer protection authority, or to the data protection authority (in Serbia the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection) at any time.

Other rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Privacy questions are also covered by the Privacy policy, and rules on reviews and comments by the Community rules.
